      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/429746"&gt;@Basi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to cancel the account but keep the number with another carrier, make sure you still have PM account active, then request porting from the new carrier.&amp;nbsp; Once number is ported, account will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you just want to give up the number as well, then just login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed", which turns off Autopay.&amp;nbsp; Account will not renew and will be closed after 90 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Move that to the left and your account will be cancelled before the next renewal date since it's prepaid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another way to cancel with Public Mobile is if you port your phone number out to another service provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps and good luck to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
