      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new activation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everything works well however i can not make a call as this part does not work and my signal bars at the top only show half of full with only the top half bottom half not filled in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can also try reset network settings too .
