      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently I transfered from one provider to PM paid for tariff, error when activating the PM eSim. Now Im stuck without any signal, connection or data. I need to talk to someone from agents to help me to sort this issue asap, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then, if Customer Support can help, you can transfer the number. Then watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they do respond.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/493856"&gt;@Lenka1988&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is an online service so there are no live communication with a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your old carrier cancelled your account before you ported over to PM. Your old number can’t be ported over. Your old carrier account need to be activate before it can be ported.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;You need to contact your old carrier first and activate your account before PM agent can help you port over.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
