      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324506"&gt;@Coolhandloo_099&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;very easy.&amp;nbsp; If you have physical sim card, just move it over from old phone to new phone (in case the sim card is bigger than the new sim tray, look carefully and you can remove the outside frame to make it smaller)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have esim, just download PM app on the new phone, login and go to Account page to Buy sim card and pick esim&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324506"&gt;@Coolhandloo_099&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;do you have a physical SIM card in your old phone? if so, simply take it out and place it in the new phone's SIM card slot and restart the phone for best results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an eSIM in the old phone just order a new eSIM from the Public Mobile app (which should be installed in your new device regardless if you are using a physical or eSIM). Ordering a new eSIM will be free if you already had one, on check out your should see a $0 amount, if not just ask customer agent to credit you the amount back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
