Scanning the code should to the eSIM setup for you but you will need to have the Public Mobile app installed on your device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you talking about the installation of esim? you don't need the code to install, you just need the Public Mobile app and it should have installed for you at the end of the activation.&amp;nbsp; Check the sim manager and see if PM esim is there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if problem with esim installation, you need PM to help.&amp;nbsp; They might ask you to get another esim via the app or worst case, ask you to change to physical sim first.
