      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed all of the steps necessary to transfer my number from TELUS to PM, I got the verification text from TELUS asking if it’s me that was doing this transfer. Answered Yes to it within the 90 minutes but I haven’t received a confirmation from PM yet. It’s been about 11 hours since I started the process. My TELUS SIM card is removed and my phone seems to be working correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/493842"&gt;@Calgal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove the Telus sim card first&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure the PM esim is set as Primary (or enabled) and enable "Turn on this line"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try reset network settings once more and if still same, reboot the phone once more&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last, call porting team and ask.&amp;nbsp; I sent you the number already&lt;/P&gt;</description>
