    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Due to the extreme difficulty trying to switch my account from Koodo to Public Mobile I ended up being charged twice on my visa. Once on November 15/24 &amp;nbsp;for $33.60 which never created an account, and again &amp;nbsp;in November 16/24 for $33.60 when the account was successfully created. Can you please reverse one of the charges. I will also contact Visa. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
