    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just couple of days I switched my husband’s phone to public mobile because I am so happy with mine. &amp;nbsp;I was wrong. His phone does not get the network. We tried on his phone and was told to buy a new eSIM which I did twice. Still no result. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe try a physical SIM into his phone ? Generally speaking and not directed solely to PM, I have had zero luck with e-sims and have heard only stories of struggles. It might be worth the $5 to buy a physical sim and give it a go.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
