      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my subscription as I didn’t need 100GB of data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve now been charged twice today for my phone plan, one charge is the old price and one is the new price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
