      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to have my receipts from April 2023 until present. I can only access my receipts since November 2023.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They say I should contact an agent if I would like to go back further. I am always either sent to this community posts or an AI who is not able to assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
