@Rude777 It’s 4 digit PIN used to make payments thru *611 and to help verify your account with support . Long time ago when activating we all had to create one but since the app came out maybe it before that new accounts aren’t asked to create one but you can use this link to create one now if you haven’t already

hi @Handy1 there are different kind of pin. What was the error your got?

it could be just device pin? or carrier unlock pin, or sim card unlock pin

you have to give us more info first as we don't want to randomly guess
