Has anyone before me a payment over the phone to somebody question like an actual person? If so, is there a One 800 number or a Canadian direct line? Thanks in advance.

hi @Savage_Queen if you know your 4 digits pin, you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make payment using the credit card on the system

if you need support to help, you need to make a ticket

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

ONLY way to pay the bill is:
- autopay (subscription)
- manual pay with credit file on file
- voucher

There is NO way to contact live person in order to pay the bill. Agent assisting you after opening a ticket cannot help you out paying the bill die to privacy issues.

@Savage_Queen You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart /7-11 / shell gas and mid the funds *611 and no PIN needed to do
