Hi new to PB. ALLis working well except not able to receive or send texts. Using an iphone 13

hi @Levolee could be an iMessage issue itself

first , make sure Carrier Profile is updated

Then, on your phone, go to iMessage settings to remove the phone number first. Reboot and then reenter the number after the phone is up to re-register iMessage

hi @Levolee better to pull out the old sim card and then reboot

Also , make sure Send Text and Messaging text are both enabled on the iMessage settings

Thanks all. It was the Esim. I put a real sim card in and all is good
