I am considering switching from Koodo to Public Mobile if I can get a better deal. I'm curious what the main differences are between the two. I understand that they both use Telus for coverage which is important for me.

What are the main differences between the two and the pros and cons of both?

@Bundle8628 The biggest difference is that you won't have access to contact support directly via phone or locally in store. PM support is only through online ticket and private message. You also won't be able to go on a tab since PM do not offer phones. They used to offer CPO phone, but not anymore. Other than that, you won't notice much difference in terms or usage and network coverage. My suggestion is that if you can save money and don't mind the BYOD service model, go for it.

Customer service is help on this Community from other members that need help and from CS_Agents through private messaging or through Chat.

If you are not technical proficient. I would suggest you stick with Koodo if you need assistance with issues.
