The system won’t take my European Visa card or the vanilla prepaid card I bought today in hope that it’ll fix the problem. It doesn’t even give me the option to switch payment methods. (Using the website via mobile browser)

It's only Canadian and US cards that are accepted. As for your Vanilla Visa, that could be used to purchase Public Mobile vouchers from a store that carries them.

hi @LennyK the European credit card will not work for sure , but Vanilla Prepaid Credit card should work

and for your Prepaid credit card, you just need to login My Account, Payment, manage subscription then Update Payment Method to update the prepaid card number

or if you like, you can use Voucher to pay instead. You can get a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart or London Drugs or gas station like Shell

It only shows “Payment failed! Please try again or use a different payment method.”

but I can’t choose another method or anything.

I don't believe prepaid visa work here. You better off getting vouchers and adding them to your account.

Prepaid credit cards do work at Public Mobile. Unfortunately, Public Mobile has been having many payment processing problems over the past year.

Can it depend on the device you‘re using as well? I’m using the browser on my mobile phone maybe it could work on a pc or something like that? 🙂

hi @LennyK try with a. different browser and try on a different device and try on Public Mobile app

when try with browser, use Incognito/ private/secret mode

I’ve already tried it via my iPad and my iPhone. Also tried different browsers (DuckDuckGo and safari) and both of them didn’t work 😞
