Can I call Slovakia with international calling minutes? It was not on the list of countries, but Czech Republic and Poland are on the list.

@Ella7 If it’s not on the list I would say no you can’t , but you can always buy a long distance calling card from gas station that will allow for it

But... if area code is same as Czech you might try...

Slovakia is not on the list of countries you can call with 300 International LD minutes.

With that add-on , you can only call:

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

I'm with you...the OP should try the call. If it completes, there's no additional tolls or extra billing.

You could use WhatsApp to call and text them. As long as they have the app on their phone. You will need wifi or data to use it. I only use it within canada but should work anywhere as far as I know.
