      <title>Problems porting number in from Fido</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to port in my number from Fido.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I enter my number and press Check Eligibility I get this error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="copy xrm-attribute xrm-editable-html"&gt;&lt;DIV class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue.
