OPPO A79 5G Sim not working

My dad's come from India and i've bought him a public mobile sim and a plan. The device isnt able to recognize the sim and nothing shows up. My Telus sim works on his phone though. Please help

@PardeepSingh you might have to change APN settings to this for PM to work

APN settings

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220

adding does the PM SIM card work in your phone ?

hi @PardeepSingh looks to me a sim card setup problem on the system

Start with a reboot and Reset all networks

if same, you need to ask support agent to refresh your account
