      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/492299"&gt;@MISMAIL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it's is a device problem and you need to do something&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;go to iMessage settings, remove the phone number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot and then put the number back. for re-register&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But to think they will ask you do to just as I have asked .
