    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am transferring number from Freedom to Public Mobile. I tried transferring yesterday and it says on my phone Public Mobile. But, I can only make calls. Any texts and calls made to me, are not going through. Also, the text messages I try to send do not go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Freedom and they said they ported the number out. They told me to contact Public Mobile to finish process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
