Usage History Incomplete

My usage history is missing most phone calls and SMS messages. As suggested in other threads, I've tried downloading from a new incognito browser page but it shows the same usage history as the web view. I don't even see messages from my wife nor does she see mine and we're both PM subscribers.

I only see history for calls to/from some land lines and a couple of select cell phones, everything else is missing. Any tips appreciated.

While the phone numbers for calls are shown, the app provides less information than the self serve website. The Public Mobile smartphone app does not show any of the phone numbers that the customer has been text messaging with.

if both you and spouse have iPhones, could be you're both using iMessage to message each other.

Thanks Handy1, yes same results in the App. Perhaps hairbag1 is correct, iMessage probably gets logged as data usage. I will look for that correlation.

hi @Carlos12 to telecom carriers, iMessage is not true Sms as it does not use ss protocol (that's why it needs mobile data turned on to work). But Message to Android phones are sms because it needs to change back to sms to deliver
