Hi there, i am fairly new to pm . My first subsvription renewal is nov 13th. Today is nov 12th. My pay is delayed due to remerence day . What can i do? Or how does it work for subscription renewal time. Im on newfoundland time. I am worried. I dont want my services to be suspended.

@Michelle82 When you activated you were set up on auto subscribe . So your plan should renew from off your credit card you have on file . If not you will have to make manual payment at that time you can

use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal

or buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume service also
