      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the Public Mobile app, I get the following error message. Does anyone know how to fix this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion, but I've tried deleting cache in my browser and I've deleted the app and reinstalled it. The same thing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for submitting a ticket, I'm unable to do that because I can't be authenticated. It's a real catch-22&lt;/P&gt;</description>
