      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/491889"&gt;@Allan_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it might be a problem with VoLTE if your phone is not on PM's whitelist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try connect to only T-Mobile and see wt network mode to 2G and see if it works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, you might need to make calls using some VoIP app like TextNow as a workaround&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also what phone you have ?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/491889"&gt;@Allan_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue is VOLTE not being enabled on your device for any of the reasons mentioned above then the workaround for voice calls for areas not serviced by T-Mobile's soon to be retired 2G network would be to download a voip provider app such as textnow and choose a Canadian phone # to be able to make voice calls using the 4G LTE network (mobile data).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If needed call your own phone # and after voicemail picks up press * and enter your voicemail PIN# to access your messages and/or change your greeting to include your voip phone #.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call forwarding your Public Mobile phone # when "unreachable" to your voip # may or may not be possible in the US or in Canada (not sure what call forwarding options are for VOLTE enabled vs non-enabled customers since VOLTE was introduced by Public Mobile.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/107066"&gt;@Nezgar&lt;/a&gt; can clarify the above statement?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
