      <description>&lt;P&gt;1, had esim in old, now broken pixel. Candace's the number I had and therefore I can no longer my emails ****@****or.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;******@****, as well á the majority of everything else I had connected to that that number So I would appreciate it if you might rectify this situation please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The second issue that I am facing, is the overage charge taken from my account upon subscribing. I was charged $38, instead of the correct amount for the plan that I had chosen, for $23, and now charge for a SIM card,as I had already purchased one earlier in the day, from Amazon. I have now been trying to get this sorted out since 1000 this morning and I'm starting to lose my patience. I do not understand why something so simple, should take an entire day and a team of educated people, to figure out how to fix this type of problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, I appreciate your efforts and I pray that this situation sooner rather than later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sincerely,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ONLY PM customers are here. NO PM employees...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove your email from public forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open a ticket and agent will help you out. Response is usually from minutes to hours depending how busy they are.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are changing your phone you can request new esim or get physical sim and transfer number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
