The old Legacy Rewards was switched to the Points Rewards for all members. So no more $2 credit for AutoPay and your $1/month credit has been switch to points.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;not the problem. &amp;nbsp;Both my husband and I have a Public Mobile account. &amp;nbsp;He used to pay his phone bill, we switched to paying both bills from my account. &amp;nbsp; Public mobile didn’t! They bill both accounts. &amp;nbsp;So his Public Mobile bill has been charged to his visa and also to my Visa soncr &amp;nbsp;last May. &amp;nbsp;Hence we would like a refund. Looking at a lawyer!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same I was doubled billed in September as soon as I got my credit card statement I contacted them, after a lot of back and forth, including sending screen shots they said they'd look into and I should hear within 10 days. Over a month later and still nothing and they just ignore my messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
