you can log in to your account and Report Phone as Stolen.

You would need to sign into your account and put on Lost/Stolen.

You can have it suspended for up to 90 days without payment or money in available funds to pay the account before the phone number will be permanently closed.

If you can't sign onto your account, use the link to message public mobile agents and ask then to do it for you.

did you check if your phone blacklisted?

and we'e you able to use it with PM sim card last or you used another carrier sim card?

only the carrier who put your phone on the backlist can take it out. Public Mobile rarely put phones on the backlist unless instructed by you. so it is unlikely PM for your phone on the list
