In that case just make manual payment to resume service .       <description>&lt;P&gt;Found the problem, my card expired so I renewed the updated info, so hope they see it and take a payment. Don't see how to make a payment on the website, seems I need a voucher but can't see where to buy that, is it a gift card ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't see how to make a payment on the website, seems I need a voucher but can't see where to buy that, is it a gift card ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed that you mentioned that the self serve site indicated that your service was still active.&amp;nbsp; For whatever reason, Public Mobile has had what a was classify an unsual high amount of instances of outdated infromation being shown in customer accounts.&amp;nbsp; Usually, this can be resolved by either using inognito/privacy/inprivate browsing mode if using a web browser, or by swiping down if using the Public Mobile smartphone app.&amp;nbsp; I'm uncertain what actually causes this other than possibly less than opitmal software programming, but this is an issue that has hampered Public Mobile for several years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
