Select the brand and model of your phone, scroll down the page and then select Public Mobile. After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Some models of iPhones do not allow you to manually update your APNs. If this is your case, using your mobile phone, visit&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;co.nz&lt;/A&gt;. This will automatically download the required APNs in your phone settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have an LG phone and you still aren’t able to use your data after all of this, we suggest doing a factory reset of your phone."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen that some people have had a similar problem but I have just upgraded my phone and I am having this problem.&amp;nbsp; I am not sure whether it is my settings or the public mobility system.&amp;nbsp; I would be interested in what areas I might investigate to see what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Main control for iPhone is one line and the rest is from Carrier Profile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Xiaomi 13C.&amp;nbsp; It works fine in most regards.&amp;nbsp; It does have the correct APN but other metrics I am not sure of.&amp;nbsp; I am able to receive photos from my wife's iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK.&amp;nbsp; I will see if I will do that.&amp;nbsp; It had worked a year ago on the same phone that I just retired and replaced.&amp;nbsp; The new one will receive but not send photos.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have now switched my SIM card to my new unit so the old one is gone.&amp;nbsp; I do have some data bonuses so lack of data should not be my problem.&amp;nbsp; I have the $25 CAD plan as I seldom have used texting that much.&amp;nbsp; It is my understanding that Texts will not even go I data is an issue?&amp;nbsp; Texts seem to go through fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
