    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/452791"&gt;@Kamal8&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure no other sim is showing up on the sim manager screen.&amp;nbsp; Disable all those others eSIM profiles&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And check VPN screen and delete the VPN profile there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Setting -&amp;gt; Connection --&amp;gt; More connection settings -&amp;gt; VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that still does not work, try your PM sim card in another phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My mobile data is not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;my mobile data is not working. I am using Samsung s24fe. I already have tried switching off my device, turning on-off aeroplane mode, resetting mobile data and refilling APN settings.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have full mobile data on my account. There is no data limit set on my phone. I don't know why it is not working for me.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please help me to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Still not working .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned off auto payment for a month because i was travelling. I turned it back on just few days before entering in Canada. Unfortunately data and calls are not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
