      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public mobile just cut me off with no warning today. My credit card was stolen, so my account couldn't be automatically deducted. Now I'm trying to login and pay, but it won't let me login and then tells me I've tried too many times, so I have to wait an hour again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;HOW DO I PAY MY BILL when I can't get into my account?!?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
