Hello public mobile, why have I been charged even when I unsubscribed I need a refund of the e last payment which was 38 dollars.

Nobody from Public Mobile is on these forums. You need to create a ticket for a refund.

Did you unsubscribe before or after your renewal date? You shouldn’t be charged if it is before your renewal date but will be charged after the renewal date around midnight to 2:00am.
