I can't remember the email that I put on my account and want to know if its possible to change it with just the phone number

@Mizk2510 You need to log into you account and go profile page ”manage ever safe” and you can change it there but if you can’t log into bet support to help you gain access and change the email

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

Please go to selfserve.publicmobile.ca and use the forgot e-mail link. Instructions will be sent by text message with a 2FA code. Also, an e-mail message will be sent to the e-mail account reminding of you that e-mail address was used.
