Are you able to call out and receive calls? This will help us determine if your number porting did not complete properly.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/490938"&gt;@Gksp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;reboot phone first, and Reset All Networks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and are you using iPhone or Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If iPhone, check if phone number is correct on the iMessage settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Android, try uninstall and reinstall the message app.&amp;nbsp; Use Google Message as it is the best&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
