      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there, it is usually advised to change plans on renewal dates so that you dont waste any unused amount. You can ask a public mobile customer service agent to give you a refund for the unused amount but they may or may not depending on their discretion. Usually we ask people to use Change on Renewal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, don't give up, ask support.&amp;nbsp; Usually if they change wrong in Day 1 , support will hel, but it is hard to tell in your friend's case&lt;/P&gt;</description>
