Trying ot log in to pay my bill because I can't find the email. It confirms by sneding a number to my phone & then glitches & just asks to do it again so I can't get into the accoutn section or passed this to pay my bill. Could use some help please!

@dfsdafxswefv You can always buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about log in later

but if you just can’t get logged in get support to help you gain access’s

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

Additional locations to purchase vouchers:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Safeway, Staples.
