We go south for the winter ( US ) rather than putting a “ Add On “ to our subscription is there a plan that allows us to have US Calling within the US at all times. We use very little data and would only use for the odd call. I find it confusing that there appears to be several plans and yet to have the service as mentioned above it states that we have to have the 15 day “ Add On “ Thank you

yes, there are many Canada-US plans for everyone now. what amount of data you need?

Get the Canada-US plans, it is better and cheaper , especially for you who go US for months

here are the choices:

$30 - 20GB

$35-50GB

$45 - 65GB

@Roots2 Yes and plan that says CAN/US has roaming built into it and you can use in both country s to call to and from either country talk data and text . But if you change plans you might not be able to get your old plan back again . But with CAN/US plan there’s no need to buy US roaming add on .

Thank you just one question is the $30.00 for 20GB of data my Total monthly charge excluding taxes of course.

when you want to make the change, go to your My Account, pick the plan you want and click Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change

If you are on a relatively cheaper plan, be very careful of opting for a high $ plan only to accommodate US Roaming.

Telus/PublicMobile is using deceptive tactic where they won't warn you at the time of plan change that you'll henceforth be losing access to cheaper plans forever, in your self-serve.
