Please message them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the same time, try login PM app, see if you can login.&amp;nbsp; If so, go to Account page and buy new eSIM there.&amp;nbsp; Thaf would solve the problem without agent help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course if you can login, message agent is the only way&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
