    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it so simple to activate and pay money? Why do you make it so complicated to get a hold of someone to activate services and troubleshoot problems? I paid my fees. The money has been taken out of my account but now I can’t activate the plan. I can’t do anything on my account up until my payment. Everything was working perfectly fine now that I’ve paid. It seems like all the doors are blocked. I can’t even log into my account without an error message popping. I can’t even get a hold of customer service without the chat box giving me 1000s of problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not website you need the app .
