what do you try to check?

The My Account design was updated. Login Y Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and check if it shows the plan details you are looking for

I was trying to check if it shows whether I get unlimited incoming minutes. It doesn't (I get them though, so no big deal).

hi @Vic55 other than the old $13 plan, all other plans have unlimited inbound call

There was a brief period of time a few years ago where the $15 plan offered did not include unlimited incoming calls, before they moved back to the version with unlimited incoming calls. There is a possibility there are still some people out there with this plan, as you would have had to manually change to the better version of the plan while it was available...

As long as an incoming call doesn't deduct available minutes as seen in the self serve portal when noting the minutes used before and after such a call, then you're good.
