Help narrow down if it’s your phone / setting or account issue

also can log into your account and confirm if it’s active or suspended

also check

Outage map in your area:

https://istheservicedowncanada.com/

If active and no outage and reboot device or reset network setting don’t work . And same result testing sim in different phone

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

send a private message To CS_Agent

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Link below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

                          https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
