so I'm new to public mobile activated today. So far really awesome Network runs off of Telus. Very happy with my purchase but I have the $30 plan which is 20 gigs Canada and us. Does that mean that I can roam in the United States as well and use my device like I can in Canada?

This becomes issue when 3G is shut down like it mostly is in the U.S. and why its issue if your carrier doesn’t support your phone . Here in Canada we can still get away with 3G plan but it’s set to end soon in next couple years and 3G will be shut down here too forcing people onto 4G plans or start supporting more phones with voLtE
