      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two charges showing on my credit card for the month of October. One is the typical charge the second is listed as Self-Serve and is much earlier in the month. My payment history at PM doesn't indicate an additional charge for October.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
