Voicemail

Hello all!

apologies if this is a silly question, but when I try to access my vm I get the following error.
clicking ok, just returns me to the normal screen and I can’t access my vm.

Does anyone have any ideas what I may have done wrong? I did set up my vm so I’m confused 😬.

hi @NikkiM were you using the app? try using browser

if Already tried browser, try it with Incognito/private/secret mode

To access voice mail you have to be in a 'phone' app and press+hold '1'. Phone will call your mailbox directly.

Or you can use any other phone and call vmail access number and then enter your phone+pass.

@hTideGnow , how are you accessing your Public Mobile voicemail by using a browser? I didn’t know there was a way!

Thanks @LitlLdy , with that screen, I thought OP was updating Voicemail PIN on My Account

But all is well now, OP is able to get the voiemail
