I was curious how to downgrade a plan. Lower cost plans aren't shown on my account

@z34_eric It’s not so easy to do any more since PM took away the old loyalty rewards leaving many trapped in higher priced plans . So now we can only change to plans that are available to us in our accounts . You can always port your number out and back in on new PM account to get the plans you want . But with Black Friday sales around the corner might be worth just waiting to see if better plans come to all existing customers like us .

For now, it seems like some of the more lucrative plans (eg. the promotional $30/month 20GB CAN-USA plan) is only available for new subscribers and some current subscribers who are paying less than $30 per month.

PM has occasionally opened these plans up to existing subscribers, so maybe that'll happen soon!

All the lower plan will be shown on your account under Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription.
Most cheaper plans are for new activations.

Lower plan will be different for all members.
