      <description>&lt;P&gt;The system activated auto payment without my permission in a useless account and the sim card doesn't work since 3 mouths because its my desire. I requested a refund, after one week, no answer!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

One can turn this off in their account .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;but if you already submitted ticket check you community in box for their reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;or you can use this link to the community in box&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;if the ticket has been closed you will have to start new ticket submission&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
