eSim download error - sim 1 not provisioned. Cannot access full account as it is trying to text me and i cannot receive text. Is there not a better way to contact Public mobile then making a support post??

Fastest way for an CS_Agent to help us click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent and they will help you.

you removed other carrier sim?

make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary and Turn on this Line is enabled

try Resetting All Networks
