If so did you leave old providers sim in the phone and reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? If yes try removing old providers sim and set your eSIM to primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you missed the confirmation text to port I can private message you the porting team number to re trigger the port &amp;nbsp;request for you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on esim. My data and incoming calls are not working. I have an I phone. I did reset network settings, no luck. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/445393"&gt;@ITZNOTEASY&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure you take out the old carrier sim card or disable it of it is eSIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for PM eSIM, set as Primary and Turn on this line and test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and with incoming calls problem, could be a failed poert.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;check with PM porting support team and confirm.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will send you the number to PM Porting support team&amp;nbsp; Please check your community inbox&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
