I ran into the same issue earlier this week, when attempting to update to my new payment method. As previous user reported, clearing my cache and opening the link through a browser instead of directly through the app, I was able to complete the change.

Try changing my plan but PM won’t accept my existing CC info. Checked with lending institution and no issues with my card. Have been without service for 2 days.

Try waiting one full hour or a bit more, then go into your browser settings and clear your cache. Then restart your browser and go into incognito mode and try again. If you're still having issues, stop by Shoppers Drug Mart for a Voucher and dial 611 to load it. That will at least get you up and running again right away.
