      <description>&lt;P&gt;My visa bill showed 34.50 monthly charge in September and another fee of 44.85 which I know nothing about. Also the advertising said third month of enrolment free. Could you explain the unexpected fee and confirm the third month policy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I logged in and there is no entry for 44.85 in my billing summary but Public mobile billed me for that the day I signed up as well as my monthly fee. The same thing is in my Visa statement for Sept29 &amp;nbsp;for my wife’s sign up. We both were charged this extra fee&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
